Thank you everyone for all my Birthday wishes.I have had a wonderful day celebrating with my family.I have had a whole day off from writing my 2nd Acupuncture book. It should be ready early next year. I wanted to share the beautiful poem Gisela sent me. I think it sums up my life at the moment

Every Lung needs a tree!

Trees are vital. As the biggest plants on the planet, they give us oxygen, store carbon, stabilise the soil and give life to the world's Wildlife. They also provide us with the materials for tools and shelter. 🌱🌿
