We’re changing things up a bit and now offering a choice of main meals, soups, and bakes.
Same delicious, nutritious, home-cooked meals with no preservatives, but now with even more variety so you can pick the dishes you really fancy!

Amy and Anny are both NCT trained breastfeeding counsellors with a wealth of experience between them supporting mothers and families achieve their feeding goals.

We take a holistic approach to the support we offer with an understanding that when feeding your baby there are many different elements to success and a key part of that is accessing support early on and during the antenatal period too.

We offer a range of support options to suit everyone. We tailor our support to meet each family’s individual journey.
We can’t wait to meet you and answer any questions you may have at this great event.

We can’t think of many people more supportive of new mums than Sophie so we are very happy to share that Sophie will be joining us at Build Your Village.

If you’re not already familiar…

‘Firefly was born out of a passion for wanting to offer fitness for pre and post natal mothers without pushing the ‘bounce back’ narrative.
I offer both PT sessions and outdoor fitness classes and I work with mothers to help them feel confident and strong in their own changing bodies.’

It’s amazing to have the expertise on hand of someone specifically trained in this area of fitness, to give you sound advice on how to approach fitness around having a baby - so take advantage of Sophie’s knowledge and come ask her your questions at

What to expect at Build Your Village?

Well for starters, you have Georgie and I talking about one of our favourite topics - preparing for postpartum and what comes after the birth of your baby.

Even when you’ve read all the things and talked to all the people who have done it before, still we know that the adjustment to life with a new baby can be quite a shock. It’s not surprising when it’s one of the biggest life changes we ever go through - emotionally, and physically.

Is there anything you can you during pregnancy to be more prepared?
What happens to our bodies after we give birth?
How long does it take to feel ‘normal’?
The super power of eating the right foods to help with healing and energy.

These are some of the questions we love to talk about, and we hope that you will leave feeling more confident as you approach this exciting new chapter.

And you know when you’ve googled everything, asked chatGPT, and it’s all just getting a bit confusing and overwhelming?

Having a baby is one of those moments where there is NO substitute for real life connection, with real life people, with genuine lived experience. And human warmth and compassion by the truckload.

It’s time to stop scrolling, and start building your new network of support for when baby arrives. It’s exciting, and fun, and should be celebrated! Let us demystify some of the unknowns, and have a lovely time at with us!

✨ Our September Fill Your Freezer menu has landed - and it’s a good one! Back by popular demand, our Lentil & Chickpea Dahl is quickly becoming a firm favourite 🧡 Plus, we’ve added brand new Granola Bars and Bliss Balls to the mix for that perfect snack fix 🙌

Build Your Village is back!
And we couldn’t be happier - because it’s going to be another amazing evening filled with wonderful people (hopefully, maybe you?!) and incredible sharing of knowledge and experience, to pass on some wisdom for those soon to meet their babies 🥰

People often talk about the ‘village’ it takes to raise a child but what does that mean?
Well for us that’s all about having great support and people who are there when you need them.
So we think we have created the perfect the opportunity to meet other mums-to-be to make like minded friends on maternity leave, and get to know the local professionals who you might want to turn to when google isn’t giving you what you really need.

We will be posting more about our incredible guest speakers, these are the people we would turn to ourselves - and we recommend to our doula clients.
You will have all 6 of us on hand, for 2 hours to answer your questions - for just £12!
