How To MANIFEST:
It is real and we all can do it. Follow these steps to influence the Default Mode Narrative of who you are:
Use all sensory organs as much as possible.
Go for realistic expectations - it works by habit, like training for a marathon: little by little and each stage strengthens the process.
- have an intention
- write it down
- read it silently
- Read it aloud
- Visualise it
Repeat over and over again.
This embeds it into the subconscious as something to pay attention to, until it becomes salient. It's telling the brain this warrants attention, activating different cognitive brain networks.
On repeating this the 'attention' gets focussed and the brain looks through all possibilities in your environment and as soon one gets identified your sensory control network gets activated. Et voila! You are manifesting.
