I’m going international!!!

I will be closing the studio this weekend to treat the lovely guests at Root & Bloom yoga retreat in the beautiful Andalusian countryside.

I’ll share some pictures of the stunning property & surroundings.

The studio will be closed this Saturday whilst I go back to my favourite venue.

So pleased to have received this message today

After convincing a long time client who doesn’t like massage, to give it a try I was so happy to hear that not only was it a better experience than she imagined, she’s actually feeling great.

I had suggested some work around a large scar & her hips, as she had been limping for a long time prior to an operation.

Gently loosening up the soft tissue & working out a few tight spots, seems to have helped.

Hopefully she will be confident enough now to try it again. ☺️

There’s been a burst water mains somewhere around this area.

Water is a bit hit & miss this morning but hopefully sorted soon.

In typical British springtime, this week is going to get up to 18-20 degrees

And out there, even early this morning, there’s a bright shiny thing in the sky

If you get chance to get out into nature, even for 5mins, DO IT!!

Don’t forget you can still burn, especially after the winter hibernation.
Slap on a bit of spf & enjoy the sunshine this week.
