So sad that my dear, dear friend and inspiration, Terence Stamp, died this morning. His passing was peaceful and timely but still, he will be sorely missed.
Nearly 40 years ago he changed the course of my life when - instead of encouraging my vast ambition to be a movie star - he opened a different door into the profound teachings of the philosopher and teacher J. Krishnamurti. This was a direction away from the ego, rather than feeding it, and the deep understanding of this was the beauty which underpinned Terence’s own life.
He died as he had lived; full of grace.

About the Work...

📷

I have been helping people journey deep inside themselves to find an inner peace for over ten years now. The relationship between seeing the beauty and perfection of each individual’s story, and the One movement of Life in and out of which that story weaves, is one of compassion and love. I am deeply blessed to be able to work in this way, and I have met many courageous souls who have trusted me to walk with them through their awakening.

My own journey began during a busy career as an actress, when I was introduced to the teachings of J. Krishnamurti. This began an inner questioning about the nature of life and my place in it.

However I soon realised that this spiritual questioning was not addressing the many emotional difficulties I had or the patterns of behaviour I was unwittingly stuck in. I needed to understand myself deeply before I could contemplate freedom from that self.
