How are we all doing? 😂

The Golden Ball at Lower Swell is open and ready to serve our community in every way that we can.

While the government has urged everyone to avoid non-essential travel and to avoid socialising in pubs, restaurants and event spaces, we are eager to help minimise the potentially devastating impacts this situation can have on our community. You don’t have to be at the bar to feel the love from your lovely local!

Our kitchen is open and we are offering a food delivery service in Lower Swell and our surrounding villages. We appreciate that many people have already begun their period of isolation without time to fully prepare and will be in need of support throughout the duration of their isolation. Whatever your circumstances we are here to ensure you have the nutrition you need right now. We are here for our community now as much as ever.

We will be sharing menus online, however please just give us a call if there are other meals you desire. Whatever you fancy Chef Thomas can prepare for you provided we have the ingredients in the pantry! We are offering a 5% discount to the over 70s. We are working with local suppliers to ensure our rural community have access to groceries. With supermarkets under pressure now is the perfect time to support our local businesses even more.

You can arrange for groceries to be dropped off at The Golden Ball and we can deliver them to you should you be unable to collect them in person.

Film Club is back! Friday 15th November 2019. Doors open 7pm for 7:30pm screening. The first film of the season will be "Wild Rose"
