Very privileged to be doing a few reiki sessions on this gorgeous boy 🐾💙 This morning was his first time and he lapped it up. After getting cosy on the sofa, he relaxed and leant his head on my arm and breathed it all in, lots of lovely exhales and licks all part of the energy of reiki. See you next week beautiful 💙🐾

Update:
I wish you could have seen Fynn when we got home - let him out of the car and he was skipping and jumping around as though he’d shed a ton of ‘weight’ and 10 years. 🥰🥰🥰

This morning I was asked to send some reiki healing remotely. I took myself back to bed, found my music 🎶 which helps me to “tune in” and started the ritual of sending the energy….Joey my Border Terrier came and joined me, he always loves reiki and very quickly got in the zone and relaxed and lay beside me. He is now flat out fast asleep 💤

All in all it takes about 15/20mins and the person receiving feels relaxed. I send a write up of my findings to the person…today I had a hedgehog visit us - how lovely was that, there’s always lots of lovely colours too!
