Today I am using my time wisely to update my paediatric first aid training.
As an early years professional, for the past 14 years I have kept my training up to date every three years.
Although I hope to never need to put this knowledge into practice, sadly on occasions I have had to and that only reinforces the importance of refreshing my training and confidence on how to act in such circumstances.

If anyone is interested in some basic first aid training, then this company do offer parent/carer courses.
Well worth £15 per person or £25 per couple and just two hours of your time.
Our babies are just too precious not to. 👶🏼👶🏽👶🏿👶🏻👶🏾

At just three weeks old, I think Grace may very well be our youngest Tiny bear to join us in a group class. Well done Grace...you little star! (And well done Mama for making it out the house! 😂)
The massage really settled Grace into a deep sleep...this was her afterwards...such a relaxed position. Sweet Dreams Gracie! ⭐️️

Today I welcomed these Tiny Bears to their first massage/yoga class! (..and welcomed back a little Charlie bear who was fast asleep just outside of shot!)
We had a fab session getting to know each other and our babies were very chilled out and content throughout the massage. It still melts me to watch mama's and babies bonding and interacting together. Our babies were engaged the whole time and we even had a very vocal little Edie 'singing' back and chatting to Mama.
What a lovely bunch of ladies and babies...I'm already looking forward to next week! ❤️
I even got some Tiny bear snuggles which ALWAYS makes my day! 👶🏻
Enjoy the bank holiday Mama Bears...I will see you all next week. ☀️️🐻

We've got a new favourite book in our house so I thought I'd share.
