Hey y’all

It’s been such a long while since I’ve uploaded a video. I’ve let the video library come into neglect over the past year and i appologise about that. However some new things are happening so stay tuned.

However for now here is a lovely slow flow yoga practice which I filmed last year while at infinity surf camps in Sri Lanka.

If you’ve done my other videos, I’d love to know what you think about the the audio as I am trying with a new microphone.
