Hi guys,
It’s been a long long while and I forgot about this page.
Hope you are all well! Some may have been following along, some may have not.
But I’m interested into creating something targeted to hopefully really help some people.
I wanted to ask, I’m looking at targeting desk workers and trying to help them with something accessible online (through my skills- yoga/intellegent movement (pt, sports massage)/etc. with their problems
So can I ask if you are a person who primarily works at a desk, to understand and do some research with this in mind
1. What is your goal or struggle when it comes to the hours of having to sit a long time working
2. What is keeping you from achieving your goal?
