🎉 Our First Saracen Say It Forum – What a Success! 🧡

On Friday 31st October, we hosted our very first Saracen Say It forum at our Swindon office — and what a fantastic afternoon it was!

People we support, their families, and our amazing staff came together for a fun, relaxed event full of conversation, creativity, and collaboration.

✨ Here’s what we got up to:
📚 Jodie and Rachel led our Books Beyond Words corner, sparking great discussions around storytelling and communication.
💻 Ashleigh introduced everyone to Open Future Learning, giving hands-on demos of interactive tools that support personal development.
👥 Our Chat Zone was buzzing with feedback and new ideas — thank you to everyone who shared their thoughts on how we can make Saracen even better.
🎨 And of course, Ben’s Craft Station brought plenty of fun, colour, and laughter.

A big thank you to Alex, our friendly greeter, and to our Care Managers and Team Leaders for helping make the event such a success.

🎃👻 Spooktacular Halloween Fun in Gloucestershire! 👻🎃

What an amazing Halloween party we had for the people we support here in Gloucestershire! 🕸️🦇 There were fantastic costumes, frightfully good music, and plenty of treats (and maybe a few tricks!).

A huge thank you to Carole G and Carol W for organising such a brilliant event — your hard work and creativity made it a party to remember! 🧡

It’s always wonderful to see everyone laughing, dancing, and enjoying time together. Until next year… stay spooky! 🕷️🎶

After exploring the stunning surroundings, M rounded off the day perfectly with a relaxing coffee — the ideal way to unwind and chat about the day’s adventures! ☕😊

We’re so happy to see M making the most of community outings and enjoying new experiences. 💙

🎨 Creative Moments with J! 🦕

Our supported individual J had a fantastic time at the arts and crafts group, letting his creativity shine while working on a fun dinosaur project! 🌟

It was wonderful to see J’s imagination come to life as he painted, added details, and shared his artistic ideas with the group. 👨‍🎨✨

We love seeing J express himself through art — great job, J! 🎉

Our supported individual J recently attended the “Staying Safe – In Person and Online” training session for people we support and had a fantastic time! 🙌

With the support of his amazing support workers Josh and Lazarus, J learned valuable skills about staying safe both in the community and online. 💻✨

A big thank you to Ashleigh, the wonderful trainer, for making the session engaging, informative, and fun! 👏

🪩🎶 Disco vibes and sensory smiles! 🎶🪩

Supported individual C had an amazing time at a sensory disco! The music, lights, and atmosphere were just right — creating a fun, engaging, and comfortable space for everyone to enjoy. 💃🌈

C especially loved the colourful lights and feeling the beat of the music — there were smiles all round and even a few great dance moves too! 💫

It was a fantastic opportunity for C to express themselves, connect with others, and most importantly… have FUN! 🎉

🚢🐻 Columbus the Bear sets sail!

Our beloved Columbus the Bear recently returned from an unforgettable cruise adventure with Senior Support Worker, Paul — and what a journey it was! 🌊☀️

Columbus was quite the star on board, turning heads and making friends wherever he went. 🐾 People couldn't stop asking about him!

Together, they explored seven incredible destinations in the correct order:

📍 Madeira
📍 La Palma
📍 Gran Canaria
📍 Lanzarote
📍 Tenerife
📍 Cadiz
📍 Lisbon

With temperatures soaring between 29°C and 34°C, Columbus enjoyed some serious sunshine, not to mention the most stunning sunrises and sunsets over the open sea. 🌅⛵

From beautiful ports to new friendships, this was a trip to remember for Columbus – and we think he’s caught the travel bug! 🧳✨

Supported individual D spent some quality time getting stuck into arts and crafts this week — and what a brilliant job they did! D showed amazing focus and imagination. 🌈✨

It was wonderful to see D expressing themselves through art and taking pride in their finished pieces. We can't wait to display their colourful creations for everyone to see! 🖼️💕
