Swedish - A traditional, firm massage, focusing on reducing muscle tension and working out any knots, improving circulation and overall health.

Aromatherapy - A more relaxing treatment using essential oils. Still focused on muscle tension but a more serene experience than Swedish Massage, calming the mind as well as the body

🧘‍♀️Lower Back Stretches

Lower back ache is very common. It is often caused by normal daily activities such as driving or sitting at a desk for long periods of time. This causes a shortening of the muscles in the lower back which then restricts the range of movement, and increases the likelihood of injury.

So how to prevent pain or an injury?
1) ᗰOᐯE TO IᗰᑭᖇOᐯE - Take regular breaks to get your muscles moving.

2) 𝑅𝑒𝑔𝓊𝓁𝒶𝓇 𝒮𝓉𝓇𝑒𝓉𝒸𝒽𝒾𝓃𝑔 - I have posted my 4 favourite stretches that I find most effective, but there are many resources online for you to find the most suitable stretches for you.

3) 𝘏𝘦𝘢𝘵 - As the weather gets cooler be sure to keep aching muscles warm with hot water bottles or wheat bags. This will also increase the blood flow to the affected muscles.

4)𝕄𝕒𝕤𝕤𝕒𝕘𝕖 - Massage is effective at treating common lower back issues 💜
