Wentworth Court Cheltenham's specialist dementia nursing home.

Wentworth Court opened in May 2015 and is the only care home in Cheltenham dedicated to providing dementia nursing care. The experienced and empathetic team offer both long-term residential and nursing care for those who need daily assistance as well as shorter-term respite care. Wentworth Court recognises that every resident has a specific set of individual needs and takes into account each resident’s medical history, as well as their life story, personality, preferences and interests. The attractive home has modern, spacious and light bedrooms, decorated to an extremely high standard and equipped with en-suites. Facilities also include landscaped gardens, a roof terrace, a patisserie café, hairdressing salon, cinema screening space and relaxation and family rooms. The nursing team provides high-quality medical care twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, supported by local partnerships with GPs, opticians, dentists, dieticians, physiotherapists and chiropodists.

At Wentworth Court, our vibrant, welcoming interiors create a true feeling of comfort and belonging. Bedrooms are filled with treasured possessions and memories, so each space feels reassuring and familiar. 😊

And at the heart of our home is the Atrium, a bright and spacious shared space where residents spend time together and families quietly connect over coffee and homemade cake from our cafe.🍰

From making delicious Scottish shortbread to the beautiful reading of the 'Address to the Haggis,' the home was filled with laughter, new friends, and true Scottish spirit and reverie. 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

The day felt even more special for our proud Scots, Jim and Alex, who loved celebrating the wonderful traditions of Burns Night together!! 💙

A big thank you to the staff and pupils for making our celebration even more special! 😍

A totally glorious afternoon with the super talented Julie from JB Steelpan Music 🎶✨ Not a toe left untapped, a tambourine unshaken and a face without a smile!! Our wonderful Wellbeing Assistant Mark even got his dancing shoes on, twirling our residents across the floor!🕺
