Do you want to stretch and move your body tomorrow with Sian Rule Yoga?

After lots of sitting, chatting, games and Christmas films let's stretch and help the body's energy, blood and lymph move.

Let's breathe more deeply; open the lungs and remove stale air and bring in the nourishing, life-force energy or *prana* to restore every cell in the body.

You'll experience a lovely chakra meditation and then, to finish, a deeply nourishing, restful Yoga Nidra.

It's suitable for everyone. It'll be adaptable to be as gentle or as 'stretchy' as you want.

Join Sian Rule Yoga to mark this significant moment in the wheel of the year.

It's a time to pause with some sacred words, guided meditations and gentle movements.

Please bring a journal and a pen.

You'll relax into restorative positions and through a candle meditation.

The end will be a delicious relaxation of Yoga Nidra with koshi chimes.

And some delicious non- alcoholic mulled wine and mince pies.

You'll have such a warm welcome 🙏

Finding My Energy Again in My 60s
There was a time I thought feeling tired was just “part of getting older.”

But it wasn’t. My body was simply asking for balance.

When I started combining acupuncture with small daily rituals, everything shifted.

- My mornings began with calm instead of chaos.
- My mind felt clearer.
- My energy didn’t crash halfway through the day.

Here’s what helped me most:

= Weekly acupuncture to reset my nervous system and rebalance my hormones.
= Gentle yoga or a mindful walk each morning - nothing intense, just movement that felt good.
= Breathing deeply before meals and winding down properly before bed.

It wasn’t a quick fix, it was a coming home to my body.

Now, my 60s feel like a new beginning: full of vitality, focus, and ease.

Energy flows where attention goes…
Have you noticed how what you focus on seems to grow?

When we pour our attention into stress, aches, or worries, they expand. But when we gently shift our focus to the breath, to the body, to the present moment…something magical happens.

In yoga, we use movement, breath, and stillness to guide our attention. And little by little, the energy in the body starts to flow more freely. That’s when the tight shoulders soften, the busy mind quiets, and you feel more yourself again.

Next time you’re on the mat (or even just sitting at your desk), try this:
- close your eyes, place your hand on your heart,
- and notice your breath for a minute.
Feel how just that tiny shift in attention changes your whole energy.
