Thanks for all the birthday messages. We made the most of (what felt like) the first day of summer by spending the morning at tennis and then the afternoon in the mud, enjoying the sunshine. Grateful for all of the love. Let’s see what 33 brings ☺️

My partner and the rest of the Royal Navy Diving team are walking from Portsmouth to Plymouth in dive sets weighing approx 30kg each all to help raise money for their colleague who has been diagnosed with Stage 2 bowel cancer. If you could follow and share their posts to help raise awareness of the illness, or donate to the cause, we’d be greatly appreciative.
