Which Massage should I get?

You’ve got: Stiff, sore muscles,tension that’s affecting your movement.
Pressure= Strong
The strong pressure of this treatment is great for freeing up tense muscles while realigning muscle tissues and speeding up recovery. Expect elbow, fist and forearm work with a gradual increase in pressure.

You want a massage with lighter pressure, try Swedish massage instead

Bear in mind it’s normal to feel slightly sore after a deep tissue treatment, but this should ease off within 72 hours.

𝑷𝒓𝒆𝒈𝒏𝒂𝒏𝒄𝒚 𝒎𝒂𝒔𝒔𝒂𝒈𝒆
You’ve got: Fatigue, aches, swelling
Pressure= light
This is a safe treatment for mums-to-be who are in their second or third trimester, designed to soothe aches and pains that come with growing new life. I will tailor the treatment to your specific needs.
The treatment will start with you sitting up (my massage couch sits up, much like beauty beds) I will start with your legs first, then move up to arms, neck & shoulders then You’ll be on your side throughout the rest of your treatment to make sure your baby receives oxygen and nutrients by not compressing the umbilical vein.
I will use long, slow strokes and kneading movements in the places you’re feeling tense, with special attention paid to the lower back and legs.

You’re in your first trimester, or there’s a chance you could be in the early stages of pregnancy.
You have a history of miscarriage or high-risk pregnancy.
