Weekend with the family to celebrate mums birthday. It brings me so much joy seeing my parents in their role as grandparents.

Turns out toddlers can cook and help with flat pack furniture.

🧑‍🍳Whenever V and I start cooking these days Aurora walks over to her tower and asks us to set it up (well, she goes… errrrrggghh, but we think that’s what she means). It’s too cute, but I’m so happy she wants to get involved in the cooking process.

🍄‍🟫 Verity bought me a “grow your own lions mane mushroom kit” for my birthday just before Christmas and a month on it was ready to harvest. Genuinely really tasty, it had almost a chicken consistency and we had it in a wrap.

Last week I had the honour of presenting to England Athletics and their coaches which is always fun. 🤓

📹And finally getting a set up for running that makes it easier to carry a camera. The VLOG for the Lakeland 100 will be starting soon. (As soon as I sort out a training plan 😬)

1. Couldn’t sit in the ice bath as I hadn’t removed the massive piece of ice on top 🥶

2. Enjoying the little moments - like the view on a morning run

3. Hat hair - don’t care

4.5. New clients 🥰 Sending welcome gifts

6. Thursday night run club in the storm

7. Self-care ( and bedtime)

8. Chickpea snacking

9. 10. 11 - Mushroom growing. Inoculation of wood with mushroom spores. 😃 - Anyone else done this? Does it work?

12. Enjoying some family time and loving the shoulder carrier. Great bit of kit (to save the biceps) 💪
