Hi guys,

Some of you may know, but I also know that lots of people don't know. So I'm sharing this in case it helps anyone.

We are very proud to have a referral scheme in our local area to enable people to come to the group for an initial 12 weeks for free. To realise that our groups aren't as scary as they once thought, and that we are here to help them .

So if you do know anyone that this might help please ask them to get in touch with one of us. The referral system is really quick and easy.

So what i love about my group is the comradery and support from everyone.
No one is singles out for any reason and the consultant is always on point and positive with everyone.
It's so important to me to stay to group to help with food optimising and meal ideas and the accountability of stepping on the scales and getting support whether it's a plus or a minus number.
