I additionally issue each learner with their OWN manikin and Pocket Mask for the duration of their course as well as all the recommended control measures mentioned.

I cannot verify the official source of the second picture but was apparently the account from a Covid-19 victim! The chart of signs and symptoms is from “Popsci” (Popular Science I believe).
Stay safe and healthy
Top tips
-Buy a thermometer (37’c normal; 38.2’c ring 111 for advice if the symptoms get worse or it’s been 7 days or longer)
-Drink water regularly
-Wash hands (20secs min) regularly
-Monitor each other for possible signs and symptoms
-Avoid unnecessary physical contact
-Avoid touching your face where possible
-Carry alcohol 70%+ hand sanitiser

Think danger when breaking down or coming across a incident!

So people this is now my car. Having broke down at the side of the road we followed advice and got out of the vehicle, behind the safety barriers whilst waiting for recovery. If we had not have waited behind the barriers as advised at least 2 of us would now be dead, my babies were in the rear seats prior to this happening.

An artic lorry crashed into us at speed sending the car 20m down the road because it appears, he wasn't paying enough attention to the road.

ALWAYS GET OUT OF YOUR CAR TO A PLACE OF SAFETY IF YOUR CAR BREAKS DOWN ON A MOTORWAY/DUAL CARRIAGE WAY. X
