That post-workout ache? It might be more than just DOMS. While some soreness is normal, knowing when it's a red flag is key to healthy recovery.

Normal DOMS:
✅ Peaks 24-72 hours, fades in 3-5 days.
✅ Dull, widespread muscle ache.

When to get help:
⚠️ Sharp, localised joint pain.
⚠️ Soreness limits daily activities.
⚠️ Lasts over 5-7 days.
