I never lose more than a couple of lbs

Goodness isn’t weight loss frustrating!
But what do all those statements above have in common?

They are all negatives

When you change can’t to can and Never to always

Wonderful things start to happen!

And all it starts with is just one step!
One day!
One week!

You CAN DO THIS

So go show the world who you really are!!

Some people may not get this at all but I know I certainly have in the past and many of my members do to!
So find the time that food noise is the loudest and start working out why- that’s your head trying to tell you.
Are you bored? Tired? Overwhelmed?
Then do something else to change that emotion instead of eating the food noises will soon die down and your be healthier for it
