Sitting here tonight thinking about the past week-
How has it gone?
Well for me it’s been high emotions and very stressful my old friend anxiety came back for a sleep over most of the week. But previously this would of meant me eating the world and my feelings, this week however ( and in quite a new development) it’s actually made me feel quite nauseous, so staying with in food optimising plan has been relatively easy.
I’ve moved more which has seen less down time but I’ve also learnt a lot this week about myself
So it’s been a win week for me!
