To say we are beyond devastated is an understatement. On Sunday we discovered wood worm downstairs. So the entire floor has to come up, joists seem ok but will need treated. We're also going to need a new kitchen. We haven't even looked upstairs yet... And insurance doesn't cover wood worm! On the plus side, we'll have enough firewood for about a year.😭😢😥
