Our CARES wellness walks are getting revamped! 🚶‍♀️‍➡️

We are moving our wellness walks and chats to every second Tuesday of the month, giving our supported people the chance to come together in a safe, confidential environment and offer our help 💚

This will be a gentle and leisurely walk around a local walking route, perfect for beginners, before refreshments at the centre with games, music and light conversation 😌

Today marks 21 years since Daniel died by su***de.

Each year, his anniversary reminds us why our work matters so deeply.

Daniel’s legacy is at the heart of everything we do. It was his loss that began our mission to support those struggling, to reach out to people in crisis and to be there for families and those bereaved who know the pain of losing a loved one far too soon.

We remember Daniel today, along with the memories of thousands of people who have died by su***de, each live on through our bereavement work and through the privilege we have of supporting their friends and families during the hardest moments of their lives.
