Taking responsibility for clinical decision-making
Supporting and supervising the care team

Ensuring compliance with CQC and regulatory standards
Medication management and care planning
Liaising with GPs, social workers and external professionals
Supporting HR processes and staff development
Participating in on-call duties as required

NMC Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD) with valid PIN
Strong care home experience (minimum 1 year required)
Previous supervisory/management experience

Bake in Loving Memory of Olympia Powell 🧡

Olympia was a cherished member of our team, remembered for her kindness, warmth, and love of baking. She never arrived without a smile and would often bring the best brownies, lovingly dropped off at the office and shared with everyone.

In her memory, we held a special Bake in Loving Memory of Olympia Powell activity. Brownie baking sets were given to our staff to enjoy alongside one of the service users Olympia used to work with. Together, they baked, laughed, and shared stories about Olympia remembering the joy she brought into so many lives.

It was a beautiful, heartfelt day filled with connection, memories, and chocolatey goodness.

We hope this small tribute reflected the love Olympia gave so freely and that it would have made her proud

She will always be remembered 🤍
