🚨 We offer Clinical Training

Our Clinical courses are taught by a Nurses Practitioner who has a wealth of experience! Over 21 years’ experience ranging from Hospital, Community and Care Home sectors

All the clinical courses have a simulated competency assessment, so after the theory has been reviewed, there is an opportunity to practice your skills. You are also giving clinical competencies to complete in the work environment. And almost all the clinical courses have practical elements to them, where possible.

The training is Accredited reviewed at least annually, so always updates, and in line with national guidelines, such as the Royal Marsden, NHS policy and procedure, NICE guidelines, ESNA, Sepsis trust ✅

The feedback we get from our Nurses say the courses are very in depth, and everyone comes away learning something new 💡

Today is a very sad day at Medsolve as we say goodbye to Summer White, who is finishing her journey with us after an amazing 5 years.

Yesterday we were gifted something incredibly special.💜

One of the people we support in our Complex Care service presented us with this powerful piece of artwork, representing how they see their Acquired Brain Injury.

The image speaks volumes. It’s a deeply personal interpretation of life after brain injury, and we are truly honoured that they chose to share it with us.

Moments like this remind us that care is never one sided. While we aim to support people through some of their most challenging journeys, we are constantly inspired by their resilience, insight, and creativity.

This piece now has pride of place in our office not just as artwork, but as a reminder of why we do what we do.

Overseeing and maintaining high standards of resident care
Taking responsibility for clinical decision-making

Medication management and care planning
