💡A spill over class for Tuesdays 💡I know someone of you have been struggling to get a space with class often full at 6.30pm, so I’m trialing this spill over ‘express’ class.
With the late start it will be 45min.
However please still try to book your space in the 6.30pm slot if there is space and you can make that one :) on the schedule now starting next week!

Practice from anywhere ✨ Online Qigong, next session Saturday, Sept 27 at 9am ✨ a gentle relaxing start to the weekend 🌿

Gorgeous weekend teaching Qigong Summer Craft Camp Weekend 🍃 learnt how to screen print, so that’s another hobby I’ll be doing more of 🤣 watch out Iv got some great yoga poster ideas 😍🤣
