Although routine invitations stop after age 71, you can still self-refer every 3 years for a free breast screening.
📞 Call the Breast Screening Team on 01244 365 135 to make an appointment.
📍 Available at Countess of Chester Hospital.
Please let the team know if you require any support in attending your appointment, so we can ensure a suitable appointment is arranged for you.

Our recent PPG meeting minutes have been published to our website. The PPG (Patient Participation Group) consists of volunteer patients of the practice who meet with the practice to maximise the opportunity for positive change in the local health service and to develop a more informed patient community. If you are registered at this practice, Breast Screening appointments will shortly be sent out to women aged 50 and upwards to their 71st birthday. You will automatically receive an appointment for your Breast Screening this will be at Countess of Chester Hospital.
If the time or date is not convenient, please contact the Breast Screening Office on 01244 365 135. If any reasonable adjustments are required for your appointment due to a disability, please call ahead so they can make accommodations.

If you are aged 71 or over, you are still at risk of breast cancer. Although you will no longer receive screening invitations after your 71st birthday, you can still have breast screening every 3 years- Please ring the Breast Screening Office on
01244 365 135.

Beat the 8am rush! You can submit a triage form at any time between our opening hours for new routine problems or request follow up input for an ongoing issue via our Digital Front Door, available on our website. Your form will be triaged by a GP and you will receive a response in 1-2 working days. If you require an appointment, a booking link will be sent to you for you to view our availability and then schedule an appointment at a date/time that suits you.
