We had a great time last week supporting a careers fair at a local school.
Students were able to find out about working in mental health and spent their time talking with us about their future career prospects.

🎉 Happy Birthday to us! 🎉

Today we’re celebrating 3 incredible years and we’re feeling so grateful 💛
What started on Watergate Street, Chester, then grew and moved, has now been home in Hoole, Chester for nearly a year — and what a journey it’s been. Huge love to Carrie & Emma, our amazing co-founders, for holding the vision and building something truly special ✨

In just three years we’ve:

🌱 Grown to 25+ therapists, working in and out of the centre
🌱 Offered a wide range of modalities – from person centred and Integrative counselling, EMDR, CBT, and art therapy to shamanic healing and beyond
🌱 Secured school contracts and placed counsellors directly in local schools
🌱 Worked with local partners including Grosvenor Farms and Grosvenor Hart Homes in Chester
🌱 Become a CPCAB approved centre
🌱 Launched our Level 5 CPCAB Diploma in Counselling Children & Young People (with more courses coming this year!)
🌱 Run peer supervision groups and continue building strong professional community

And we’re only just getting started… 🌟

With new contracts, new opportunities, and Carrie bringing Movement/dance later this year after completing her apprenticeship in Hungary and wanting to bring all her skills into group work — there is SO much to look forward to.

A huge, heartfelt thank you to everyone who has supported us, worked with us, trusted us, learned with us, and grown alongside us. To our therapists, students, partners, and community — we couldn’t do this without you 🫶
