🧘♀️✨ Online Yoga From the Comfort of Your Own Home ✨🧘♀️
With the snow falling this feels like the perfect time to stay warm, stay in, and come home to yourself.
My longstanding online yoga class offers a deeply nourishing practice you can enjoy without leaving the house. No icy roads, no rushing, no parking issues, just you, your mat, and the gentle support of a guided practice from your own space.
This is a drop-in class, so there’s no need to commit weekly. Come when it feels right for you. Recordings are available too for you to do in your own time!
Tuesdays | 6.30–8pm (UK time)
Each class includes:
✨️Embodied centering & grounding practice.
✨️Asana. Mindful movement to build strength, develop flexibility, and restore the body-mind.
✨️Pranayama. Breath practices to regulate and rebalance the nervous system
✨️Meditation & relaxation. Deep rest to integrate and renew.
I bring over 20 years experience as a yoga teacher and practitioner, holding space in a way that is inclusive, intuitive, and deeply embodied. My classes are less about “doing it right” and more about listening inward, honouring where you are, and allowing the practice to meet you there.
