✨ Midwinter Full Moon Retreat✨

A beautifully nourishing afternoon of slowing down and tuning in 🤍

We began with Yang–Yin yoga, moving through a warming, steady flow before softening into longer-held yin shapes — creating space in the body and a sense of quiet within.

We then shared delicious Ayurvedic food, grounding and comforting, a reminder that nourishment is part of the practice too.

As we gathered in the lead-up to tonight’s Full Moon, we settled into Yoga Nidra and a sound bath, allowing the vibrations — alongside deeply relaxing head massages — to support rest, reflection and gentle preparation for the lunar energy ahead.

To close, each guest was gifted a piece of rose quartz and palo santo to take home — small symbols of love, intention and ritual, and an invitation to continue the practice beyond the mat as the full moon rises 🌕
