Yoga looks different for everyone- and that’s exactly how it should be.
Some days you need calm and stillness, other days you want to move, sweat and challenge yourself.
That’s why our schedule includes:
✨ Nurturing Flow — slow, grounding, and deeply calming
✨ Foundation Flow — covering the basics, perfect for beginners who want to get it right from the start and for anyone recovering from injury or needing to take things slower
✨ Hotpod Flow — our classic feel-good balance of strength and flow
✨ Dynamic Flow — strong, energising, and designed to push you a little further
