The BEST thing about my treatment room?

It doesn’t matter that it’s not stopped raining since the beginning of the year in here. In fact, the sound of the rain adds to the ambience!

Anyone else jealous of the lucky lady spending her morning lying on there??

I wish it was going to be exotic as this looks (!) but il closed next week for half term. Spaces available for the last week of February if you think you’ll need some relaxation after a week with your precious little moppets!!

What a lovely bunch of people I got to spend the weekend with a couple of weeks ago.

I feel so lucky to be part of such a wonderful, warm and welcoming association. I absolutely love my trips up to Morecambe with The 4Elements Company and I am super excited about the THREE weekends I’ve got planned throughout the rest of the year!

What a bunch of utterly awesome humans - we may have varying abilities in doing "jazz hands" but boy, do we know how to Massage! The Association Gather 2026 was an utter delight and although the rest of the course photos are still being processed THIS one was prioritised for us (thanks, Vicki!)

Hi everyone.

I just wanted to give you all plenty of notice that from April 1st, my prices will be changing slightly. I’ve kept my prices the same for the last 2 years so it’s time for them to go up a little bit to reflect the rise in costs that we’ve all seen. I’ve also added a 90 minute option as well if you’d like an even longer treatment.

I’m keen for massage to be affordable for as many people as possible so my rates are still lower than many other therapists in the area. Rest assured you, you definitely get an amazing treatment!!

One full body massage this morning equals 1 table cover, 3 blankets, 1 small towel, 2 foot cloths and 4 pillow cases to wash

If you’ve had hot stones I’ll also be scrubbing those!
