Oooo I’ve just realised I’m closed for 4 days now! Partly due to medical appointments but more excitingly due to me heading up to Morecambe to The 4Elements Company on Friday! 2 days in a room full of massage therapists for the weekend. What’s not to love??

I am incredibly late sharing these, but how wonderful are these gifts from my clients this Christmas? The first one has even been hand made! I am incredibly lucky to have such wonderful clients who have chosen me to be a part of their wellbeing journey. What’s this I spy?? 👀 A new treatment??

Why yes! It is the new treatment I learnt a couple of months ago but couldn’t offer straight away because of my finger. I am THRILLED to now be able to offer this!

This is REFLEX. A foot based treatment but starts on the back and legs first to make sure you are really relaxed and in the right place for the foot part of the treatment. And the best part - you don’t even need to get undressed.

This is a brief overview of what you can expect from the probe (lying on your tummy) part. It can also continue if you want to turn over and have even more from the other side!

This can be a 40 or 60 minute treatment at £30 or £40 but for this month and February, I am offering 15% discount on this treatment only.
