Are you looking for classes or one-to-ones 1-to-1 sessions that will help you to achieve greater co-ordination, tone, core strength, balance and wellbeing? Are you looking to improve your fitness level following a break from fitness / as a result of illness / injury before joining a class or gym? Are you looking to build up strength and improve your fitness level in the privacy of your own home. Are you physically fit but looking to find specific stretches and exercises to complement your current fitness regime? If so 1:1 tuition could be for you this can be in the home and is charged at £30 per hour in Chester plus petrol money for further afield.

Sunday mornings be like …it’s not going to be hard…what have you got to lose yes it highlights when you are not coordinated but that improves, yes it highlights a lack of strength but guess what that improves yes it might highlight a forgotten injury but the range and function will improve
