wing a break from fitness / as a result of illness / injury before joining a class or gym? Are you looking to build up strength and improve your fitness level in the privacy of your own home. Are you physically fit but looking to find specific stretches and exercises to complement your current fitness regime? If so 1:1 tuition could be for you this can be in the home and is charged at £30 per hour in Chester plus petrol money for further afield.

A lot of plank variations with my lovely clients this week ron the reformer my marketing assistant and beautiful and clever daughter ♥️, a new venue for Origin8Pilates, the continuation of the Pilates room project, rubbing shoulders with the amazing artist Mark Demsteader and trip down south to celebrate a birthday with friends it’s been a great week ….

Sunday mornings be like …it’s not going to be hard…what have you got to lose yes it highlights when you are not coordinated but that improves, yes it highlights a lack of strength but guess what that improves yes it might highlight a forgotten injury but the range and function will improve
