Are you looking to improve your fitness level following a break from fitness / as a result of illness / injury before joining a class or gym? Are you looking to build up strength and improve your fitness level in the privacy of your own home. Are you physically fit but looking to find specific stretches and exercises to complement your current fitness regime? If so 1:1 tuition could be for you this can be in the home and is charged at £30 per hour in Chester plus petrol money for further afield.

This is Beth, Beth is a new member of the Origin8 Pilates (formally Innov8Pilates) team and she will be teaching a Beginners Level/ Level 1 Pilates class on a Tuesday morning starting in January the course will comprise of six classes running over six weeks.
