This will be our last post as I am retiring and the NHS are taking over the building for all their services. Myself and the team opened in 2015 and it has been a rollercoaster of a amazing journey and I have loved every minute of being self employed.
We have had the pleasure of working with some inspirational professionals who have started and built their business with us and their strength, passion and commitment has enabled them to expand and grow their businesses.
I have had the most incredible team supporting the business, and the patients and clients have commented how lovely they have been over the past 11 years. My business is dependant on the front of house staff ,who meet and greet, have exceptional communication skills, high emotional intelligence and have kept calm under pressure, especially through Covid, which proved a challenging time for all buisnesses.
My lovely receptionist Lauren will also be leaving and I wish her all the best in the future. A lovely bubbly character who will be missed by all 🥰
My dream was to create a one stop shop for health and the business has gone above and beyond what I had hoped for.
Thank you to everyone who has walked through my door. I have made long lasting friends who have made a positive difference to my life 😌

March is Ovarian Cancer Awareness month. About 7,400 women are diagnosed with cancer of the o***y (ovarian cancer) each year in the UK.
Cancer of the o***y causes symptoms like other more common and less serious conditions. This can make it more difficult to diagnose it early. Symptoms can include a swollen tummy and pain in the back or lower tummy. If you are worried, then go and see your GP

World Kidney Day (WKD) The main awareness day in the UK is World Kidney Day, which for 2026 is on Thursday, March 12th. This global campaign aims to raise awareness of the importance of kidneys and the frequency and impact of kidney disease.
The "March March" virtual step challenge by Kidney Research UK, where participants walk 10,000 steps a day for 31 days. Is this something you can achieve?
