Our Story
We are a Thai owned high street day spa based opposite the Premier Inn Hotel on City Road in Chester. Our premises have been designed in a Thai style so maybe a little different to your normal experience.
Sabai sabai – The word “sabai” literally means happy, but is used to mean comfortable or relaxed. Thai's sometimes say a word twice to intensify its meaning. So "sabai sabai"means "everything's chilled”. This state of tranquility is often described as the Thai lifestyle.
TREATMENTS AND FACILITIES
• We are not a full hotel Spa. Smaller scale, more reasonably priced and our facilities include client showers, a steam room, lockers for your valuables and a changing room.
• Although we offer a range of beauty and aesthetic treatments, we specialise in Thai Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Swedish Massage and Aromatherapy. Our Thai Massage therapists were trained at Wat Phra Chetuphon, or "Wat Po". This is well known as the Temple of the Reclining Buddha established in 1782. This is combined with UK NVQ beauty and massage experience and qualifications.
• Massage is not just about relaxation. Some of the issues that we are asked to treat every day include pulled muscles, trapped nerves; painful stress knots from being hunched over a desk all day; post surgery scar massage; tension headaches/migraines, pain and poor blood circulation.
• We hope that you will agree that our space in City Road, Chester is a great place to treat yourself, visit as a couple; a hen party location(see photos on our page of previous hen parties) and/or simply a place to find an experienced, professional massage therapist that can work with you long term regards your therapeutic objectives.
