Experience a one day retreat on the 20th of July, in Tarporley, Cheshire. This is for anyone carrying the weight of pain — physical or emotional — who are open to holistic methods of healing.

Through guided practices, energy facilitation, light language healing, heart-opening cacao, a soothing sound bath, and grounding time in nature - you’ll remember what it feels like to feel safe, seen and whole again.

This isn’t about fixing you.
