Good luck to everyone taking on the London Marathon today šŸ‘šŸƒā€ā™€ļøšŸƒā€ā™‚ļø

Days like this remind us why we do what we do. This client came to us unsure if running 26.2 miles was even possible in the shape they were in. After just 2–3 weeks of treatment with Mohana, they made it to the start line, ran the marathon, and finished a fantastic day with a medal they say wouldn’t be hanging at home without the support they received. šŸ…

To everyone running today, Relive Physiotherapy will be cheering you on all the way to the finish line!

Your body is always communicating with you. The question is, are you listening?

Subtle stiffness, recurring niggles, reduced flexibility… they’re easy to ignore when life is busy. But over time, those small signs can quietly limit how well you move, feel, and function.

Instead of waiting for pain to take control, what if you took a proactive approach?

We’re hosting an educational session designed to help you understand how your body truly works and how small changes now can make a big difference long term: "Understanding Your Physical Abilities, Flexibility & Movement to Unlock Your Body’s Full Potential"

This event is ideal whether you’re managing ongoing discomfort or simply want to stay active, capable, and independent for years to come.

šŸ“¢ Friendly PSA: Do your prescribed exercises šŸ“¢

It's common to forget or to feel too busy, so here are some practical tips to stay consistent:
• Link exercises to a daily routine (after brushing teeth, before bed)
• Start small (quality over quantity)
• Use reminders (phone alarm, notes, app)
• Track progress to stay motivated

Even if you start to feel better, your exercises are key to your full recovery.

If you find them difficult or painful, mention it to your physio. We're always here to help you on your health journey!

Ever heard of carpal tunnel syndrome? It’s one of the most common nerve‑related conditions, and around 1 in 20 people in the UK will experience it at some point in their lives.

Tingling or numbness in the hands or fingers can be signs that something isn’t quite right. Knowing what to look out for can help you decide when it might be a good idea to get things checked. A qualified healthcare professional can help talk through what might be going on and discuss appropriate next steps, if needed.

If you have questions or would like to learn more about CTS, you’re welcome to get in touch with Relive Physiotherapy to discuss your concerns. Jsut send us a message!

ā€œYou think it’s never going to get better...ā€

For many people, the hardest part isn’t just managing the pain. It’s feeling unheard, uncertain, and afraid of what comes next.

In this video, our client shares what made the difference: being listened to, reassured, and given honest expectations about recovery. Not false promises, but clear guidance and support.

If you’ve been left feeling dismissed or unsure about your nerve pain, we’d love to help you understand your options.

Come and learn what recovery can actually look like at our FREE community session: How to Finally Recover from Nerve Pain Instead of ā€˜Just Managing’ this Saturday, 18th April at 10 am at our Relive Physiotherapy Clinic in Chester.

Most people don’t ignore sciatica on purpose…
It starts small. Comes and goes.
Feels like something you can ā€œmanage.ā€

Until one day, it’s affecting how you sit, sleep, and move.

And that’s when it hits... Why didn’t I deal with this sooner?

Sciatica isn’t just about tight muscles or a bad back.
When a nerve is involved, it needs the right approach… not just temporary relief.

Before it gets to that stage, it’s worth understanding what’s actually going on and what you can do about it.

That’s exactly why we’re running this free community event:
