🎈The Balloon🎈

This is a superb exercise to help when you are in pain.
Alternatively, if you are fit and healthy, it is great for total relaxation.

🎈Whilst sitting or lying down, breathe deeply and relax.

🎈Imagine yourself getting into the basket of a hot-air balloon.

🎈Feel the balloon leaving the ground, whilst feeling the sun on your face. Let the warmth of the atmosphere relax the whole of your mind and body. Really feel it!

🎈As you travel higher and higher, discover that any pain and discomfort become less of a burden. Allow the balloon to travel for about five minutes, taking you to wherever it wants to go.

🎈All you have to do when you want to return is simply think yourself down. You will feel yourself gradually sinking lower and lower, finally touching the ground.
