Now is the perfect time for setting intentions. With the energy of tomorrow's full moon, they will be extra powerful. Here is a little ritual:-

🕯️Light a white candle and place it on a dish. Whilst staring at the flame, think about the element of fire and repeat this mantra:-

"Tonight, I choose to reflect your light and open myself to radiant clarity. I light this fire in the name of the moon, so that my request may be granted".

🖊️Grab a pen and paper and write down your intention in great detail. Carefully, put the paper under the dish and leave it there until the candle finishes burning. Once done, hide the paper in your journal. When you are finished, blow the candle out.

I do love sunflowers. Bringing their little rays of sunshine into our homes and gardens, they are pure joy. Their colour also relates to the solar plexus chakra, found just below the chest and above the navel. This is the centre of personal power, self esteem and seat of our emotions.

We can help heal it by:-

🌻Wearing something yellow, especially a t-shirt or top to cover your tummy.

🌻Lighting a yellow candle (this chakra is associated with fire) and looking at the flame, or gazing into a fire.

🌻Exercising more. Walking is excellent and if you have weak abdominal muscles, try yoga or pilates.

🌻Who represents power to you? Think about an actress or good friend who represents the kind of power you would like to have.

🌻Change your posture. People with self confidence stand straight. People who can't stand up for themselves buckle in the middle.

A very apt Nature's Blessing Oracle card, as it's a full Cold Moon tonight!

How did this one get its name? In days gone by, it indicated when the winter cold would spread, as the nights became longer and darker.

Also known as Night Moon and Oak Moon, it represents truth. Now is the time for strength and preparation for the cold weather.

The message on the oracle card shows a phase for self-reflection too.
