What Happens When You Book a Reflexology Treatment?🌿
Once you book a treatment, you’ll receive a consultation form via email. Completing and returning this allows me to understand any health conditions, concerns, or goals you have for the session/s. If you are just looking for relaxation that’s fine!

Upon Arrival 👣
When you arrive, we’ll begin by reviewing some brief clinic notes regarding your current health and well-being. This is done at the start of each treatment to ensure that every session is customized to meet your specific needs.

The Treatment Experience✨
Lafuma Recliner Chair – A luxurious, fully adjustable chair that contours to your body, providing optimal support for complete comfort.
Ambient Atmosphere – Soft candlelight and a custom-blended essential oil clearing spray create a soothing, peaceful environment.
Personalized Sound Healing – Choose from calming natural sounds (ocean waves, birdsong, flowing water) or therapeutic frequencies. You’ll be provided with headphones (optional) for a fully immersive experience.

After the Treatment💪
When your session ends, I’ll offer you a refreshing glass of lemon water, and we’ll discuss any findings from your treatment, along with helpful insights or self-care tips. If you’d like, you can also draw an oracle card for a positive message or affirmation to take with you.

Hi, I’m Tess -a Level 5 Qualified Reflexologist (the highest reflexology qualification attainable in the UK). I’m passionate about helping people feel their absolute best- physically, energetically, and emotionally.

What inspires me most about reflexology is its ability to support the whole person- whether you need deep relaxation, emotional balance, or physical relief.

I also hold a qualification in Reiki, which can be gently incorporated into your treatment upon request at no added cost.
