You can request an emergency supply of your usual medication through the NHS 111 online service. It’s quick, secure and available when you need it most.

⛔️ NHS Zero Tolerance Policy ⛔️

We would like to remind our patients at Northgate Medical Centre that we operate a Zero Tolerance Policy against shouting, swearing, threatening or rude behaviour. This includes over the telephone, at the surgery reception desk or in the waiting area, also online on our social media pages. This will not be tolerated under any circumstances.

Our staff work hard to do the best they can for our patients. Treat them as you would like to be treated, with respect. They do not deserve abuse.

Patients who are abusive or threatening towards our staff may be asked to leave and a formal warning given or immediate request to remove patients from our surgery register. Please remember that our Receptionists are NOT clinical staff or doctors but may need to ask you some brief information about your symptoms in order to direct you to the most appropriate clinician or other services.

With around 9500 patients, our staff are here to help and will always try to be as polite and helpful as possible even during difficult times. Thank you for reading and for your understanding.
