What are you doing this weekend to support your health and wellbeing?
It’s been a challenging week for me since I came a cropper on the front steps last weekend but there are enormous things to be grateful for about it. Friends and family helped me so much with healing energy and practical help that I’ve been able to get through the week with one hand and one and a half feet! You know who you are, and thank you again, so much. These little tree pics symbolise my progress from bringing in last year’s mini tree from the garden myself before my whoopsie to having help with moving and lifting it - to being able finally to decorate it myself (through not having had to do another pile of essential Christmas stuff that people did for me). We are all a work in progress and even the wonky bits will be remediable! And, if we are lucky, we will have help.?💫

What are you doing this weekend to support your health and wellbeing?
I’m sharing a lot of Reiki just now with friends and family who are having difficult times and this ultimately supports me and my energy too, as universal energy ( Reiki) is what all of us are and everything in existence is too. So my intention to support others in Reiki includes me because, as Ramana Maharshi said, “ there are no others”. We are all one. 💫
