Linden Reiki Linden is a CNHC and Reiki Council accredited Reiki practitioner and a Karuna and Usui Reiki Master.

At Linden Reiki we offer Reiki treatments, Reiki training in Usui and Karuna Reiki and Reiki cards, which can be used to send Reiki energy to others. Reiki is a Japanese system of energy healing developed during the last century which, through helping the body to relax and balance itself, promotes health and wellbeing.

What are you doing this weekend to support your health and wellbeing?
I’m just pondering about living in the moment. This week, some of my moments included just fancying making quiches. As you do. I hadn’t made any for ages and just happened to feel motivated. So now I have a few in the freezer, as I obviously couldn’t eat them all at once. So this weekend I can enjoy eating one. In the moment. Funny how mindfulness works. 💫

What are you doing this weekend to support your health and wellbeing?
More gratitude from me as I notice the first signs of the Spring to come, while hoping for a bit more dry weather so I can go out in the garden and enjoy the changes. At the same time I’m reminded of the joy of things that last. These alstroemerias are the final remnants of a post Christmas bouquet, while the dianthus were given to me by my family coming for New Year. The flowers that last, reminding me of the love that lasts even longer.

What are you doing this weekend to support your health and wellbeing?
I’m having a reflective time this weekend. A couple of days ago, while I was searching for my late M-I-L’s funeral order of service so that I don’t get her Candle Days wrong this year, I found some poems I wrote to D over the years for Valentine’s Day and our anniversaries. I’ve only read a couple so far, and shared them with a few people, but the overriding feeling is one of gratitude for the memories. Some were obviously sad, but the privilege of being able to peep into those long-ago lives is immeasurable. I hope I find D’s poems too one day. Maybe. 💫
