So, we are all moved and back up and running!……although not quite at full capacity yet!

We are fully booked this week, but do have some spaces available next week for Sports Massage and Swedish Massage:

Morning one and all!

So as most of you know the house has been on the market……well we finally have a moving date we are working towards!

Obviously, things can change but at the moment we are looking like moving the last week in November……which means The Studio moves too!

We have managed to set up a send home at Aptitude Fitness in Farndon (it’s 12-15 minutes) from where we currently are so it’s not too bad!

But for those of you wanting to book in your last minute Facials, Hot Stones or Sports Massages before we move location message fast as we are getting booked up!

It’s been a while since I posted one of these as we have been rushed off our feet!

But we have some spaces next week for Sports Massage, Swedish Massage or Hot & Cold Stone Therapy (no facials or hot stones though as mums on holiday!).

Wednesday 15:30 for 30 mins or 60 minutes
Thursday 17:00 for 30 mins or 60 minutes
Thursday 17:00
Friday 13:00 for 60 minutes or 13:30 for 30 minutes.

£25 for 30 minutes or £40 for 60 minutes……Message to book!

We used our lockdown to bring you more!

Lots of you have been asking for Indian Head Massage so we did our course, used lockdown to do our case studies and today our certificates arrived!

We are so excited to be offering this new, super relaxing treatment in The Studio very soon!

This is it........the final countdown is on!

Its officially one week today that we can open again!

Appointments are almost full for the first two weeks but we do have a couple of Hot Stone Massage and Facial slots left!

As things stand we can officially welcome you back to The Studio on April 12th......and we can not wait!

We are already getting lots of messages about appointments so we have decided to open up the bookings now......and just hope Borris doesn’t change his mind!

Im Tracey! I have been working in the fitness industry since 2001 where I qualified as a personal trainer whilst completing my degree in sports science.

I then went on to do my Masters Degree in Exercise and Nutrition Science and set up a small business called bonematters that travels around the UK running Osteoporosis Awareness Events to Universities, businesses and health clubs.

For the last 15 years I have been teaching exercise classes, personal training and running bonematters! This year, I have decided to add on another service and offer Sports Massage!

I completed my course in September 2017 and passed with a merit.

My exercise qualifications, along with my degree and Masters degree, mean that, as well as helping injuries and ailments through sports massage, I can also provide the advice and guidance needed to see you all the way through recovery and back to full fitness.

I am delighted to finally open my own studio in Pulford Chester where I can help as many people as possible get back to their best!

I have always had a passion for beauty therapy and such!

Being a fully qualified hairdresser, I ran my own hair salon from 1977 until 1995 with my mother Eunice. When the time came for my mother to retire I continued on my own until I had a skiing accident that forced me to rethink.

As sad as I was to close down my hairdressing business, it gave me the opportunity to perue my other passion......Beauty Therapy.

I gained my qualifications through Gity & Guilds and went on to work with various high end companies such as Clarins, Kanebo and La Prarie.

I gave up work in 2012 to care full time for my mother. Unfortunately, I lost my mother in October 2018 and have decided to follow her advice and get back doing what I love!

Im delighted to be working alongside my daughter offering the more relaxing treatments in the form of facials!

We will be adding more treatment options over the coming months so keep an eye on the page.
