Treatments include body massages, facials, reflexology, acupressure, stretching, bowen technique, Indian head massage etc. Following personal, devastating illness in my teenage years, I explored natural methods of recovery which included meditation, qi gong, yoga, massage, food combining, visualisation, affirmations, aromatherapy, the list continues. The journey to my recovery was long yet fulfilling and I found myself hooked on natural therapies having felt the long lasting benefits. I embarked on an Holistic Therapy Diploma at a North Wales college, thinking how much I wanted to be able to learn the skills of massage and aromatherapy as a hobby, to help friends and family. Following this my plan was to study at university but it did not take me long to realise that my passion was to further my knowledge in holistic health. Since then I have had a fulfilling career as a therapist in North Wales, Manchester, Chester and Sheffield, working in nursing homes, health centres, offices, from home, mobile and as Treatments Manager at a luxurious day Spa. I had a successful therapy practice in Chester for 10 years and after a maternity break i am now (July 2025) returning to providing high quality therapeutic treatments from our cosy converted barn on the Flintshire-Chester border. The treatments that I provide are tailored to the individual. I always aim to meet your needs and with over 20 years of therapy experience, I believe that following your treatment you will leave in a re-energised, blissful state of well being.
