It is 2 months today till the TCS London Marathon ! 🏃‍♀️🏃

We have an amazing group of runners again this year who are working hard on training AND their fundraising!

They are all running for our Extra Mile Appeal, which will provide additional pieces of equipment over and above core NHS provisions. Together we can give our incredible NHS staff more of the tools they need and help patients faster!

Our lucky duck has been collected for the Chester Duck Race on Saturday 25th April at 3pm! 🦆🎉

This year we’ve partnered with Saighton Primary School to decorate our duck, and we can’t wait to see their fantastic creation.

🦆 The Chester Duck Race is back!
📅 Saturday 25th April | ⏰ From 12 noon

The Chester Duck Race is always a fantastic community event and a brilliant way for businesses to get involved locally.

This year, we’re also hosting a Duck +2 networking event — giving companies even more opportunity to build relationships while supporting a great cause.

🎨 Ducks can be decorated however you like — celebrity lookalike, film-inspired, or fully branded to your business. You can even donate your duck to a local school to decorate!

All funds raised will support our Extra Mile Appeal, helping us provide additional equipment beyond core NHS provision to enhance patient care.

The Countess Charity's, £750,000 Blue Skies Balcony Appeal was launched in 2020 to raise funds to provide an outdoor balcony for our Intensive Care Unit patients.

The newly constructed balcony will give patients the opportunity to reconnect with the outside world, providing comfort and support to patients and their families. Thanks to the generosity of YOU, our local community, corporate friends and generous Trust funds the balcony is now open!
