The space you sleep in matters more than people realise. Soft lighting, fresh air, calming scents, less clutter, and reduced screen time can help your body feel safe enough to rest.

Healing doesn’t always start with big changes. Sometimes it begins with creating one peaceful corner that supports your recovery. 🌿
