From next week, my Wednesday 10am class is evolving into something a little slower, deeper, and more intentional.
Soul Soma
A space to soften out of doing…
and come back into feeling.
This class blends gentle, flowing movement with somatic practices, breath, fascia release and lymphatic support — all woven together in a way that helps your body shift out of stress and back into balance.
It’s for the days when you feel:
tired but wired
tense without knowing why
disconnected from your body
or like you just need to breathe again
This isn’t about pushing or perfecting.
It’s about learning how to listen to your body… and respond with what it actually needs.
Rooted in my training as a somatic practitioner, this is a deeper, more embodied way of moving — one that supports not just how your body moves, but how you feel.
