From next week, my Wednesday 10am class is evolving into something a little slower, deeper, and more intentional.

Soul Soma

A space to soften out of doing…
and come back into feeling.

This class blends gentle, flowing movement with somatic practices, breath, fascia release and lymphatic support — all woven together in a way that helps your body shift out of stress and back into balance.

It’s for the days when you feel:
tired but wired
tense without knowing why
disconnected from your body
or like you just need to breathe again

This isn’t about pushing or perfecting.
It’s about learning how to listen to your body… and respond with what it actually needs.

Rooted in my training as a somatic practitioner, this is a deeper, more embodied way of moving — one that supports not just how your body moves, but how you feel.

Sometimes things sit in the body longer than we realise. Stress, emotion, the constant doing and holding it all together. Breathwork gives it somewhere to go.

Breath of the Soul this Saturday evening is a guided breath journey with cacao and sound. A space to soften, release what’s been building, and reconnect with yourself beneath the noise of everyday life.

Every session is different. Sometimes it’s powerful, sometimes deeply peaceful. But people often leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more themselves again.

The Soul Space Living Room — a relaxed afternoon of tea, cards, and meaningful conversation.

No workshop.
No structure.
Just a warm space to sit together, reflect, listen, and connect.

Pull a card if you feel called, pour yourself a cup of tea, and join whatever conversation is unfolding.

Come for ten minutes or stay the whole time.

Modern yoga often separates breath and movement.
In traditional yoga, they were never separate.

Introducing The Living Tradition — a Masterclass Series with Madhav at Soul Space Chester.

Each session explores a different aspect of classical yoga.

This first immersion is dedicated to Pranayama — the science of breath and prana.

We will explore advanced traditional breathing techniques, nervous system awareness, refined diaphragmatic breathing, Nadi Shodhana, Bhastrika, Bhramari, Kapalbhati (with clear safety guidance), and an introduction to Kumbhaka.

Followed by a classical Hatha practice where breath leads movement and stillness shapes the posture.

This is not trend-based yoga.
This is study.
This is refinement.
This is depth.
