🥰 Happy 40 years to our lovely Ali 🥰

This week marks 40 whole years the Alison Grisedale first joined Old Rectory Care Home Capenhurst 💚

As you can imagine Ali has many memories to share, stories to tell and a strong bond with many of the people that have been involved with Old Rectory over 4 decades.❤️

Ali is a very hard working person, she is highly knowledgeable and that wealth of experience shines through in her role as a senior health care assistant. Ali still works 4 12 hour shifts a week and never stops during those shifts. Ali's daughter also works as a senior health care assistant on nights too!💜

The first thing you notice when you meet Ali is her big smile and warm welcome, this makes you feel at ease immediately whether you're a new team member, new relative or one of our ladies and gents Ali ensure you feel comfortable. Qualities we admire so much 💛

Congratulations Ali and Thank you for all you have done and continue to do 💙
