Appointments with Steph are filling quickly.

There’s still £10 off 60, 45, and 30-minute massage sessions, but only while the remaining slots are open.

Clinics run Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 10am–2pm.

We’re looking for 7 volunteers to receive a free massage from Steph, our trainee therapist, as part of the sports and deep-tissue massage module in our in-house training programme.

If you're available between 12:30 and 14:00 on Monday or Friday afternoons, send us a DM with your preferred day and we’ll get you booked in.

We’re really pleased to welcome Steph Jones to Myokinetics!

Steph has joined us on placement from Edge Hill University. She’s already completed a sports massage module as part of her degree, and she’ll now be taking our in-house training so she can work alongside Luke and Jade .rehab as a fully trained Myo therapist — offering the level of sports and deep-tissue treatment you’ve come to expect here.

We’ll soon be looking for volunteers to support Steph during her training. If you’ve got an hour to spare and fancy a free massage on Monday or Friday afternoons between 12:30 and 14:00, drop us a DM!

'So stoked to find Myokinetics, I recently dislocated my collar bone and needed to start my physio journey, I already had the place on my radar for sports massage but I had not booked my self in.

Paul treated me for my shoulder, advising me on exercises, the right support strap and my road map back to full health.
