The Practice Development Team!

In August, the corporate Practice Development Team merged with some of our existing ward based clinical Practice Development nurses to form a new version of the team.

This change is allowing us to reach a greater number of staff and provide a more standardised service across the organisation.

The Countess Wellbeing Community launches tomorrow!!

The Countess Wellbeing Community aims to provide a team of multiprofessional staff spreading kindness and offering wellbeing support to our peers and wider hospital community. To provide a safety 'umbrella' to our staff when needed, spreading kindness throughout our hospital.

Come along to the Retro, Education and training Centre to find out more!!
Sessions are being held at :
0900-1000 face to face
1030-1130 face to face
1200-1300 via teams.
1400-1500 face to face
