❤️ Happy Valentines Day ❤️

We’ve had a really busy week this week and been sharing the love! 🥰

We started the week off with a wonderful performance by The Song Byrds 🎶 Then we made a start on getting creative! From flower arranging and chocolate tasting, to making cards and jam pastry hearts, our residents have really enjoyed these activities 💐🍫

We also had a lovely visit from Louis and his Mum yesterday, as he had made some cards to hand out to the residents - Thank You Louis & Laurna ☺️

As a Christmas thank you to all of our wonderful staff, the kitchen team put on a lovely breakfast spread this morning!

All the staff at Orchard Manor work incredibly hard from the housekeeping team, to the office staff and it’s nice to have a little Christmas treat✨🎄🤶🏻🎅🏼

Good evening everyone! We’d like you to meet Arthur, Teddy & Felix! Three amazing boys who wanted to do something to help make a difference. 🥰

Their Mum, Rachel reached out to Hayley a month ago and asked if there’s anything the boys could do, to help raise funds for the Residents Activities Fund as they really wanted to give something back. Each of them have donated their pocket money and also raised money from Family & Friends to get an amazing total of £175.00, for Our Residents 🤩

On behalf of The Activities Team, The Residents and everyone else at Orchard Manor, we’d like to say a massive THANK YOU, to these three incredibly thoughtful superstars - you are truly Amazing 🌟❤️

A huge thank you to everyone who came and was involved in our Christmas Craft Fair!
We had a wonderful night full of Christmas festivities, music, laughter and joy🎄🤶🏻🎅🏼

We raised a incredible amount of £293.20 for our resident fund which, will go towards our exciting ideas, activities and projects for next year.

🎄 TODAY IS THE DAY 🎄

Here is a little peak at the raffle prizes we have up for grabs! We have so many brilliant prizes to be won & raffle tickets are available for £1 per ticket! If you’re unable to attend today but would like to purchase some raffle tickets, please do message us and we can send you the information to send over the payment via bank transfer 🥰 We will be calling the raffle at 5:30pm 🎟️

🎅🏽 Father Christmas will be here in Maple Dining Room from 4pm-5:30pm - the cost is £2 per child 🎅🏽

🤩 We also have live music in Maple Dining Room from 5:45pm by the very talented Unhinged 🤩

We hope to see as many of you as possible and as always, we Thank You so much in advance for your support, not just today but throughout the whole year ❤️

🦉 - T H E O W L MAN - 🦉

On Friday we had the wonderful John come in to visit with his Owls - Sam, Holly & Pablo and also Chrissie the Skunk! 🦨

We love having John bring these beautiful animals in to see us, the residents & staff enjoyed hearing lots of amazing facts and also got to stroke them too! 🤩

Thank You so much for coming to see us John, we hope to see you all again soon ☺️

We are still on the look out for people who would like to have a stall at our Christmas Craft Fayre, if you or anyone you know makes anything crafty, sweet treats, wax melts etc and you’d like to get involved, please send us a message - we’d love for you to join us! 🎄☺️

We are also accepting donations for our raffle on the day, there is now a donation box at main reception, if you have anything you’d like to donate, please pop it in the box or pass it on to our office - it will as ever be greatly appreciated 🎅🏽🥰
