It’s 10 years since I made my use of Sound official joining a Sound Healing Resonance Training Course. Before then I had been using intuitively my voice 2 Crystal bowls and a rattle as part of my spiritual practices .
I had always felt they were adding something that I had instinctively known my voice and my breath were my healing modalities always available which I combined with my Reiki energy and my natural ability to connect to the heavens the ascended masters and archangels.
When I discovered sound I thought it was was the final piece of my painting by numbers this was always my way of describing my spiritual journey to date .
Since then the journey has been profound over this time people have remarked on how youthful I am only this week I was treated to a facial where once again my skin and muscle tone was remarked on . A discussion re why this is ? was it the use of my voice - the work I do as Sound Healer? listen to this video it describes exactly what has happened the use of sound the Fibonacci frequency of 324hz connected to all that is and 528hz which is connected to our dna restoring it renewing it .
Recently at a ceremony someone remarked on my age I am coming into my 73rd year and how I looked ! I replied “it is the result of all the work” each time I share the sounds I refer them too ‘Sound is the modality of health and well being ‘ we know that that all the organs of our body can be renewed we had forgotten that we can regenerate ourselves keep ourselves well strong and resilient by focussing on keeping ourselves well .. along time ago I knew that the drugs don’t work and we would need to look after our own bodies Sound Healing is THE healing modality .
